Setly shows artist and venue imagery under the terms of the services that provide it, and lets people upload a profile photo. If you believe content on Setly infringes a copyright you own, send a notice with the details below and we will act on it promptly.

What a notice needs

• The copyrighted work you say is infringed.
• Where the material appears in Setly (a handle, a show name, or a screenshot).
• Your contact details.
• A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for them, under penalty of perjury.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

We remove or disable reported material, notify the person who posted it, and accept counter-notices. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are closed.
